Maison Mid-Terms Activation

During the Maison Bartender Program we launched a pastry-chef course highlighting chocolate and the versatility of this wonderful product, which also showcased how it connects to the world of cocktails. We looked at how to achieve the best results with chocolate, working with temperature, texture and consistency. The idea was to inspire bartenders and look outside the beverage industry, stimulating their creativity in the conception of new cocktails.
